Very nice studio ceramic in the form of a spherical vase with a slender neck from 1976.
Liebenthron was a Bremen artist (1925-2005) with international exhibitions and exceptional ceramics. Expressive glaze. Height 20 cm, diameter 14 cm. Signed on the underside with GL and 76 for the year 1976.
Wonderful polychrome coloring in black-blue with earth tones.
Also a wonderful addition in combination with other Liebenthron vases .
The smaller Vase has the same wild polychrome glaze, but with blue as main colour.
Together a wonderful pair.
