Pretty and useful side table by Hans Christian Andersen for Artex - Denmark, 1960s.
The table is a delicate and timeless designclassic.
Thanks to the minimalist design, it fits wonderfully into upscale furnishings.
Solid teak - no veneer.
The table top has a fine upper edge, which literally connects seamlessly with the table top.
Overall very good condition.
The shaft is conically tapered and can be unscrewed from the table top as well as the three-star base frame - can be dismantled within a minute for shipping or when moving.
Very solid, high-quality and perfect workmanship.
Signed on the underside with the brand Artex - Made in Denmark.
