Kaiser Idell Bauhaus Lamp Nr 6631

Beautiful lighting classic from Kaiser Leuchten Neheim.

First included in the range in the 1930s, this model remained in focus at Kaiser until the 1970s.
During this time the model underwent several adjustments.
Small but fine details, such as a different curvature of the arm, a slightly different dome shape, the lampshade's holding plates painted on the inside or a slightly different curvature of the lampshade itself are just some of the changes over the decades.

This Idell 6631 is from the early post-war period with the slightly more curved lampshade (compared to the following flatter shades). It was completely disassembled. All parts have been checked, cleaned, polished, preserved and professionally reassembled. The age-related and beautiful patina was deliberately left. Smaller paint chips in the deep glossy black first paint, or small scratches and traces in the dent-free, but also slightly more patinated chrome on the arm underline the character of the decades.
