Beautiful extravagant candlestick of the new objectivity and german modernism of the 1920s/30s.

- Material: Forged brass, hand-hammered and polished.

The chandelier consists of a round base in which lies a spiral-shaped, conical open arm. At each end of it, a curved drip tray is attached. Elegantly thoughtful design. Simple in appearance, but nevertheless of high artistic understanding in the implementation.

Hans Przyrembel: 1924-1928 stay at the Bauhaus in the metal workshop. Collaboration with Bauhaus student Marianne Brandt on the lighting design. He took over the workshop of Bauhaus student Wolgang Tümpel and worked together with him until he opened his own workshop in Leipzig at the end of the 1920s.
1932 Master examination as a gold and silversmith.
His work is limited to the 1930s, as he did not survive the war.
Condition: Very good with minor signs of wear over time and use
