String Shelf - Danish Mid Century Modern

This wonderful modular String shelf is offered in an XXL version.
A classic furniture, which wrote and writes Design & Arthistory.
Original version in teak veneer on solid block board,
thus an earlier version of the 50s and 60s (- later veneered chipboard was used).
The set comes from first hand and impresses with the beautiful equipment, version, size and good condition.
The ladders are grey-not black or white and therefore rare.
They look all the more beautiful in combination with the teak wood.
The set can of course be built on different construction methods, enlarged or reduced.
in this version it forms 4 levels.
The set consists of:

• 6 boxes of different and identical designs
  (Drawers, folding door, swinging doors, etc., with different internal versions).
• 19 ladders.
• 10 boards/shelves
• 4 end shelves with lighting.

The lighting units in particular are rarely found, but give a wonderful light to the ceiling as well as to the shelf itself.
The bulbs are standard Linestra tubes (no neon), like those found in mirror lights. Nowadays, these are also available as LED versions, so that you can exchange them as you wish.
There is also the option of removing the light stem, which would give you 4 more shelves instead of lights if you don't need them.

The pictures show the shelf in the assembled, slightly dusty condition, as we bought it (on site) first hand and dismantled it.
It is in good condition with minor age-related slight/usual signs of wear.
Smaller scratches, wall paint splashes on the ladders and sticker residue are significantly reduced as well as been removed by the deep thorough cleaning we have carried out in the meantime, the oiling and waxing with suitable care products.
The current real state has an even more beautiful brilliance, look, feel and value.
The keys for the boxes are keyed alike. All the hooks, folding hooks, anti-tipping brackets and screws required on the shelves and boxes are available.

In this variant, it has the dimensions of 3.20 cm wide, 2 m high and a depth between 20-35 cm.
