Boeing 747-100 Lufthansa aircraft model

Very nice advertising aircraft model around 1970.
The model, manufactured by the former company Westway in London/Wembley England, impresses with its details, size and quality. Westway was known for model airplanes, which were once used by travel agencies or the airlines themselves as decoration and advertising objects. It was never a toy.
These models are correspondingly rare these days.
Here now in the Lufthansa version.
Made of painted fiberglass and equipped with a metal stand in size 1:100.
The length is 70 cm, the wingspan is 59 cm.
With stand the height is 33 cm.
So it's perfect for a nice desk or sideboard.
The aircraft is removable from the stand. In addition to the table frames, there were once also standing frames.
So, if you want to place it freely in the room, you could also have a locksmith make a stand, which is quite easy due to the simple but good construction of the holder.
